Terms of Use of the Platform

Your account credentials are strictly personal to you. Sharing them with any other person or channel is never acceptable. If your credentials are shared, your account may be terminated at any time without notice, and you will no longer be able to use that account.

These courses are for a single user account — only for the person who purchased them. Please refrain from asking questions such as "Why can't my brother/sister/relative living in the same house or area use it?"

You can access these courses from one device/browser only at a time. If you log in on another device/browser, you will be logged out of the previous one.

The information you provide during course enrollment or website registration must be accurate. If you provide inaccurate information and we identify it, Learn with Sumit reserves the right to place any kind of restriction on your account. Remember that this information is used in your important documents — course certificates, job recommendation letters, and every kind of communication. No customization or change is acceptable here. For example, your certificate will be issued in exactly the name you used during enrollment.

We urge you not to provide any fake information such as a pseudonym, a fake email address, or a fake mobile number. If you do, Learn with Sumit reserves the right to decline or reject your course enrollment request.

Distributing any course material (video, audio, image, or any document), free or paid, without permission from the Learn with Sumit authority is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense. If this happens and we become aware of it, we reserve the right to take action under the laws of Bangladesh. We expect you to stay careful about this.

Every paid video on the Learn with Sumit platform carries the registered Learn with Sumit logo as a watermark. Learn with Sumit also reserves the right to display the user's email address dynamically on every video. The intellectual property right of these videos belongs entirely to Learn with Sumit. Whoever buys a course or a video receives permission to watch it only, and holds no personal intellectual property right over it. The buyer therefore has no right to distribute that content, free or paid. If this happens, Learn with Sumit reserves the right to take action against that user under the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. As a responsible citizen, we ask you to be careful here. We never want a learner's career to be damaged by such a mistake — so, for the sake of your own career and to protect the community environment, your cooperation is essential.

Exchanging or sharing any Learn with Sumit course video, text, or content with anyone else — for money or free of charge — without written permission from the Learn with Sumit authority is a punishable offense. If it is shared via Google Drive, Facebook, YouTube, a pen drive, CD, DVD, or any other medium, the Learn with Sumit authority or its legal representatives may take necessary steps under the Copyright Act 2000, the Copyright (Amendment) Act 2005 Section 84, digital copyright law, the Digital Security Act 2018 (Section 19), and cyber security or other applicable laws of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

You can pay from our website through the online payment gateway using your preferred payment channel. You can also pay directly to the Learn with Sumit bKash merchant number (+8801979985368), or to the Learn with Sumit bank account. If you want to pay into the bank account, first call our support number (+8801325888939) to collect the banking details, then make the payment. Let us know once you have paid and we will check whether your payment has reached our bank account. Learn with Sumit takes no responsibility if you are defrauded by paying any other person or through any different channel.

For all payment-related matters, the decision of Learn with Sumit is final. Before paying, always review the course price, the refund policy, and the payment channel carefully.

If you want to buy a course from outside Bangladesh, you can pay by VISA/Mastercard/AMEX credit or debit card through our online payment gateway. In that case, verify with your local bank that Foreign E-commerce Purchase is enabled on your card and that the 3D Secure option is active. Everyone in the course, from beginner to expert, is valued equally. Comments must therefore always be respectful to others. If any activity appears to disrespect or belittle a group member or admin, the Learn with Sumit team may take action, and the team's decision will be final.

Please refrain from personal attacks, political discussion, and hateful speech in Learn with Sumit support chat, group chat, Facebook group posts, comments, the Facebook page, or any communication or social channel related to Learn with Sumit. For any such act you may be muted or removed from the group chat and group membership, and on repetition your account may be terminated at any time.

If any Learn with Sumit learner publishes confidential information from inside the platform in a public place or on social media, it will be treated as a breach of these terms. Likewise, Learn with Sumit reserves the right to take action against anyone who spreads unreasonable or unwarranted falsehoods about the platform or any course, inside or outside the platform. Where the account can be identified, we reserve the right to deactivate it.

If any user engages in dishonest activity using the name of Learn with Sumit, their account may be deactivated entirely.

The Learn with Sumit platform is a completely apolitical platform. Political discussion and hostility towards any community or group are strictly prohibited here. If such behaviour is observed, the user concerned may be banned from the platform.

Nothing in this world is certain, so we cannot guarantee you a job through any of our courses. Whether you get a job depends on your hard work, perseverance, and skill set. Our courses help you understand complex programming topics simply, give you a proper guideline, and bring you into a learning process. Beyond that, if you take the quizzes, assignments, and exams seriously, we believe you will finish the course with the confidence that helps you do well in job interviews.

From our courses we can sometimes select good programmers and arrange internships at our own company or at like-minded partner companies. In that case the detailed conditions are stated before course enrollment. There is no guarantee that we can do this for every course. Whenever we offer an internship from a course, we announce it in the course description beforehand.

For internships or jobs, we select suitable candidates through our own process. Alongside programming skill we consider many other things — whether the person can work with us, whether they can adapt to our work environment, whether they have the mindset to work hard, whether they have soft skills, and so on. Those we consider a good fit may be offered an internship after our various evaluation steps.

The honorarium or salary of a selected intern is not fixed in advance. It depends on the candidate's skill set and their acceptability to us.
